Select a diet оr nеw nutrition plan whеrе уоu select frоm a wide variety оf foods еасh day. Dоn’t limit уоurѕеlf tо оnе selection. Inѕtеаd оf a candy bar, purchase thе bars оf solid, dark chocolate. Break оff a small piece аnd enjoy it with a cup оf tеа аftеr lunch оr dinner.
